This beach house is waterfront and beachfront with spectacular views from most of the first floor and two of the three bedrooms on the second floor. Contemporary in design and perched on pilings over the dunes, this new home can accommodate up to eight people with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The first floor is an open floor plan that contains both the kitchen, dining and living area along with a half bath. Multiple sliding glass doors with floor to ceiling views open up from the living room to a walk out deck with gas grill and umbrella table. Off the deck you will find a three seat whirlpool. The second floor has the three bedrooms, two full baths and W/D.  The master bedroom has a king, guest bedroom a queen and kids bedroom a double and bunk bed set.

This three bedroom two and a half bath house was just built in 2011. It’s across the road from the Corsair building with ocean views from the large outdoor deck, living room and 2nd floor guest bedroom. The first floor consists of the living/dining area, kitchen in an open floor plan, W/D room, half bath, lanai (den) and master bedroom (king bed) with its own full bath.  The second floor has a full bath and two bedrooms – one with a queen and the other with a double and twin with twin trundle. The Captain’s house can accommodate up to eight people.

Mate

The Mates House is a one-story ranch located across the street from the Cross Rip Oceanfront Building and adjacent to the Recreation Building and Admiral House. It has a fenced in backyard that includes a picnic table, gas grill for barbequing, an outside shower and three seat whirlpool. It includes four bedrooms, (Double, Queen, 3 Twin and the fourth has a bunk bed), and two full baths (one whirlpool jet tub). Kitchen includes a dishwasher and w/d. Accommodates up to ten guests.

Admiral

The Admiral House is a four bedroom three full bath turn of the century seafarers contemporized home. The first floor living room has a built in wine cooler, fireplace, 50″ HD TV and an adjacent sun room with a baby grand piano and double sleeper couch. The dining room will seat 8 to 10, and kitchen includes a counter high table with four stools, dishwasher, microwave, gas appliances and a stacked washer/dryer. One bedroom and bath off the kitchen next to an outside 3 seat whirlpool tub. Off the kitchen is a deck with outside shower, picnic table and gas grill. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms (King, Queen and Bunkbed set with one Double), a large deck and a smaller balcony. Accommodates up to ten guests.

The resort offers four houses:

The Commodore is the resort’s waterfront and beachfront house. It is positioned on pilings over the dunes and has water views from much of the first floor and from two of its three upstairs bedrooms. The Captain House is across the road from the Corsair building and has ocean views but is not described as directly beachfront.

No. The Captain House is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath vacation home across the road from the Corsair building. The Captain’s Suite is a two-room hotel suite on the second floor of the Corsair building. Guests should make sure they are viewing the correct accommodation when comparing availability and prices.

The resort states that its houses normally have a seven-night minimum stay running from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season, but guests must contact the hotel directly to request one.

The homepage FAQ currently says house reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the accommodation charge and tax. It also says peak-season house cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice and successful rebooking before a deposit can be refunded.

The published house descriptions include furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities, and the specific indoor and outdoor amenities listed for each house. Resort guests also receive private-beach access and shared resort amenities without a separate resort fee.

The website does not clearly publish a complete inventory of linens, beach towels, cookware, starter supplies, parking spaces, or housekeeping service for each house. Guests should confirm those items before arrival, and the hotel should add them to the Houses page.
