 Commodore
House
This property is waterfront and beachfront with spectacular
views from most of the first floor and two of the three bedrooms on the
second floor. Perched on pilings over the dunes, this new home can
accommodate one or two families of four with all the contemporary
conveniences. The first floor is an open floor plan that contains both the
kitchen, dining and living area along with a half bath. Multiple sliding
glass doors with floor to ceiling views open up from the living room to a
walk out deck with gas grill and umbrella table . Off the deck you will find
a three seat whirlpool. The Commodore House is non-smoking.

The spacious living room features a gas fireplace. The 2nd floor has
three bedrooms, two full baths and includes a washer and dryer closet. The
master bedroom has one queen bed, private bath with shower and private balcony
with sweeping ocean views. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a single kids day
bed, also with a private ocean view balcony while the other bedroom has a bunk
bed (two twins), and a double bed. This house was built with central heating

 Captain's
House (new)
This three bedroom two and a half bath house was just
built in 2011. It is across the road
from the Corsair building with ocean views from the large outdoor deck,
living room and 2nd floor guest bedroom. The first floor
consists of the living/dining area, kitchen, W/D room, half bath, lanai
(den) and master bedroom (king bed) with it's own full bath. The
second floor has a full bath and two bedrooms - one with a queen and the
other with a double and twin with twin trundle. This new home can accommodate one or
two families of four with all the contemporary conveniences. Like the
Commodore House the first floor is an open floor plan making it a great
place for entertaining. The outside deck offers a gas grill and umbrella table
and chaise lounges.
Off the master bedroom deck you will find a three seat whirlpool. The
Captain's house is
non-smoking.

 Admiral House
The Admiral
House is a turn of the century seafarers home recently contemporized. The first
floor features a spacious living room with built in wine cooler and cube maker
and a fireplace, 42" LCD with DVD player and stereo system. A sun room is located off the
living room with a baby grand piano and double sleeper couch. The dining
room
will seat 8 to 10, and kitchen includes a counter high table with four stools,
dishwasher, microwave, gas appliances and a stacked washer/dryer. There is a
bedroom off the kitchen with one double bed and patio door to the outside where
you will find a three seat whirlpool.. There is also a full bath off the
kitchen (Jacuzzi tub) and a deck with outside shower, picnic table and gas
grill. The Admiral's house is non-smoking.
The second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master
bedroom is half the second floor space that features a king bed, Romeo and
Juliet balcony, TV and private bath. The second bedroom is for kids with a
bunk bed (2 twins) and a double bed. The third bedroom is smaller with one
queen bed.
Both bedrooms have a door accessing the second floor outside deck with four
chaise lounges and both have access to the second bath off the hallway. The
house sits across the street from the Cross Rip Oceanfront Building and
directly in front of the recreation building. The Admiral house is non-smoking.

 Mates House
The Mates House
is a one story ranch located across the street from the Cross Rip Oceanfront Building and
adjacent to the Recreation Building and Admiral House. It has a fenced in back
yard that includes a picnic table, gas grill for barbequing, an outside
shower and three seat whirlpool. This one story house was renovated in the 70's and updated in the 90's
has a beach flavor to it.
It includes four bedrooms and two full baths (one includes a whirlpool
jet tub). Two bedrooms have one double bed, the third has one set of bunk beds
(one single and one double) all of which are relatively petite in size. The
fourth bedroom is larger and has three single beds.
The kitchen and dining area are open to each other and are the central
focal point to the house. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric
appliances and a side by side washer and dryer. The open dining area seats 8 to
10 people and has a TV. The
living room, like the bedrooms, is off the kitchen/dining area in the front of
the house. It includes an "L" shaped couch, 36" TV/DVD and stereo system. The Mates
House is non-smoking. Rates &
