CANCELATION POLICIES:
Room rentals require fifteen days advance notice from your
arrival date in order to be eligible for a refund of the required deposit.
If the proper notice is met the deposit is returned less a $25 ($100 during
the months of July and August including Labor Day Weekend) cancelation fee.
The exception to this is a house rental. If you are able to give
fifteen days notice AND we are able to rerent the space a refund will be
honored less a $250 cancelation fee, as well as, a deduction for any
reduction in rental price that may have occurred to secure a last minute
rental.
